Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Areas: We ship to Jos, Abuja, Lagos, and other states in Nigeria.
  2. Shipping Methods: We use reputable third-party logistics providers (local courier services) to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the shipping method chosen. An estimated shipping cost will be provided at checkout.
  4. Shipping Time: Orders will be processed and shipped from Thursday through Saturday after acknowledging receipt, including public holidays. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
    • 1-2 business days
    • Other areas: 5-7 business days
  5. Order Tracking: Customers will receive tracking information via email or SMS once their order has shipped.

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns will be accepted within 6 hours of delivery for the following reasons:
    • Damaged or spoiled produce
    • Incorrect or incomplete order
    • Produce does not meet quality standards
  2. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 6 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the damaged or spoiled produce (if applicable).
  3. Refunds and Replacements: Replacements will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned produce. Refunds will be issued in accordance with your order.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
